The mortgage investments that we create are recorded in the local county recorder’s office and adhere to all local, and federal guidelines and regulations for making commercial purpose loans. Our loans are secured by way of a Mortgage here in Florida. Florida is a judicial state, so in the case of foreclosure, we must go through the courts. By having a recorded Mortgage, which is the security instrument that secures our Note to the underlying collateral (i.e. the real estate) we ensure our capital is protected and secured to a hard tangible asset.
